We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced shop environment. Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but we welcome candidates eager to learn and grow within the industry. The position involves working on the assembly line and supporting various production tasks to ensure efficient operation of our manufacturing facility.
NVU is looking for an entry level associate to help our team bring more work in-house. No experience necessary, just looking for someone with energy, punctuality and good hands with a great attitude an, willing to learn new things. This position has advancement opportunities for the right team member!
Duties
- Picking parts for kits and packaging them to order
- Quality Control/testing items to be packed
- Pre-packaging items for later shipment
- Building small sub-assemblies
- Screwing parts into and onto our gauge housings
- Folding boxes
- Labelling parts
- Drilling holes
- Cleaning glass lenses
- Crimping gauges
- Cross-training on minimum of 3 stations.
- Qualifications
- DETAIL ORIENTED
- Able to follow a packing list precisely
- Self-starter that can work on their own.
- Good hands are a must
- Use of standard hand tools
- Some power tools (power screwdriver, drill press)
- Organized
- High-energy
- PunctualThis position provides valuable entry-level experience in manufacturing operations, offering opportunities for skill development and career growth within the industry.
. Our production department is open from 6:30 AM- 2:30 PM M-F. 35-40 hours per week depending on how busy we are.
