This position is perfect for a well-organized self-starter with good communication skills. You can set the pace for the line and manage the workload to effectively roll out product. Work directly with the production supervisor, management and other departments to aid in communication and efficiency.

Job duties (General, all stations):
-Pull and organize orders by priority
-Coordinate daily and weekly builds with each line position
-Work with the team to stay on schedule and meet daily and weekly targets
-Aid with maintaining proper procedures by updating the build book project in Asana when an error or update is found.
-Updating the print shop for dial needs by entering the use of dials from back stock in Asana using established procedure.
- Processing RZAs (inbound warranty and returns) during the specified time. Following the RZA process to diagnose, sort and document and unbound items for your station.
- Processing defective items from RZAs or during normal production and properly labeling the parts before placing them in the appropriate inspection bin (board, rework, breakdown).
- Maintain email, ASANA every day to generate and maintain your plan for the day.

-Group prep projects
-30% production, 30% prep/stocking line,30% group projects, 10% QC.
Laser Operator specific duties:
- Schedule, plan and run parts/materials on CNC laser equipment
- Maintain on a daily, weekly and monthly schedule, all maintenance on CNC laser equipment
- Prepare all materials for CNC cutting using premask, and laminating as needed
- Applying 3M adhesive roll to materials as needed for laminating/dial application.
- Picking up materials from plastic warehouse in Troy, MI
- Cross-training on other stations to aid other areas as needed while CNC lasers are running
- Fulfill side duties while CNC lasers are running jobs.
- Prepare dials for cutting with 3M adhesive and pre-mask, prep for cutting
- Side duties while lasers are running. Many jobs run for 45-90 minutes, during that time we have additional tasks to be performed.:
- Refractor assembly
- Bracket assembly
- Order packing
- Bagging/sorting parts
- Lens cleaning
- Gauge crimping
Able to lift 30#
