Washington Learning Center, 910 14th Street North, New Ulm, Minnesota
Job Summary – Contribute to the academic and social growth of students by offering individual or small group support under the direction of certified staff. This position demands confidentiality, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, adaptability, teamwork, and proficiency with technology. It may also require physical strength for heavy lifting tasks.
Qualifications
Hours/Days – Hours may vary slightly depending on student needs; generally, 7:30 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. three days per week plus additional training days as directed.
Compensation Package – Position Classification A13 offers a starting wage of $17.75 - $20.41 per hour, based on experience. Additionally, a supplemental benefit package is available that includes health insurance, life insurance, long-term disability, dental insurance, vision insurance, and 403b retirement plan.

- Competence in following and implementing the classroom teacher’s and Special Education Case Manager’s directives
- Proficiency in computer usage
- Excellent communication abilities
- A High School Diploma or GED is required
