AVAILABLE POSITION – LONG TERM SUBSTITUTE TEACHER - GRADE 4
Location – Jefferson Elementary, 318 S Payne Street, New Ulm, MN 56073
Job Summary –
Anticipated Duration – October 23, 2026, through March 15, 2027
Compensation Package – Position Classification BA-1 offers a starting wage of $282.17 - $475.68 per day, based on education and experience. No benefit package offered with this position.

Job Summary –
- Implement lesson plans given by the classroom teacher
- Prepare and deliver instructional lessons in line with the school’s curriculum.
- Manage classroom behavior and provide a positive learning environment.
- Grade assignments, tests, and manage student assessments.
- Communicate regularly with students, parents, and administrators.
- Attend meetings, parent/teacher conferences, or professional development as required.
