New U Women’s Clinic & Aesthetics is a luxury, cash-pay medical clinic specializing in Women’s Health, Hormones, Weight Loss, and Aesthetics.

We are rapidly expanding, with plans for:

• Multiple corporate-owned locations across the U.S.
• Nationwide franchise growth
• Significant brand presence in media and digital platforms

This role directly impacts patient acquisition and company growth.

What You’ll Be Responsible For...

You will own everything social media from strategy to execution to results.

This includes:

• Daily content creation (photo video) inside the clinic
• Filming providers, treatments, patient transformations, and educational content
• Editing high-quality, fast-turnaround content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
• Writing captions that convert viewers into booked patients
• Managing and posting across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms
• Scheduling and organizing content through Hootsuite
• Running and optimizing paid campaigns through Meta Ads Manager
• Tracking performance and adjusting strategy based on data
• Generating leads and contributing directly to booked appointments
• Capturing content efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment

Tools We Use...

You should already be comfortable with or quickly master:

• Instagram, TikTok, Facebook
• CapCut and/or Adobe Premiere Pro
• Canva
• Hootsuite
• Meta Ads Manager
• CRM and patient communication platforms (experience with Podium is a plus)

Compensation...

• Hourly pay of $26 -$30/hr (based on experience)
