Compensation

Full-time base pay is approximately $58,240 annually. First-year employees in this position earn an average of approximately $12,000 in commission, bringing typical first-year cash compensation to approximately $70,000. $28.00 per hour plus commission.

Employees also receive at least $7,000 in complimentary New U aesthetic services during their first year. Aesthetic services performed as part of approved employee training are provided at no cost and do not count toward this benefit.

Commission is performance-based and not guaranteed. Actual earnings vary based on individual performance, patient volume, retention, eligible services, and skincare product sales.

New U Women’s Clinic & Aesthetics is seeking an experienced, motivated, and patient-focused Master Esthetician to join our growing Yakima location.

What You Will Do

• Perform facials, skincare services, and advanced esthetic treatments within Washington State scope of practice
• Conduct thorough consultations and create personalized treatment and home-care recommendations
• Deliver a warm, polished, and professional experience during every patient visit
• Educate patients about skincare products, treatment options, and expected outcomes
• Recommend and rebook appropriate services based on each patient’s goals
• Build lasting patient relationships that support retention, referrals, and a productive schedule
• Follow New U treatment protocols, safety standards, documentation requirements, and patient-care expectations
• Maintain clean, organized, sanitized, and fully stocked treatment rooms
• Stay knowledgeable about New U services, products, promotions, memberships, and treatment packages
• Participate in training, team meetings, clinic events, patient follow-up, and approved marketing activities
• Work collaboratively with receptionists, medical assistants, providers, injectors, and leadership
• Remain productive during schedule openings by completing patient follow-up, training, room preparation, inventory support, and other assigned responsibilities

Requirements

• Active Washington State Master Esthetician license in good standing
• Strong knowledge of facials, skincare treatments, products, sanitation, and patient safety
• Excellent consultation, communication, and customer-service skills
• Ability to maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Ability to follow clinic protocols, policies, and professional standards
• Ability to successfully complete required training and competency evaluations
• Ability to pass a background check

Preferred Experience

• Experience in medical aesthetics, a med spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or women’s health
• Experience with advanced skincare treatments and medical-grade skincare products
• Demonstrated success with patient retention, rebooking, treatment planning, and retail skincare education
