As we continue to expand our services and develop new programs, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to help bring our next phase of growth to life.
This is a unique opportunity to lead the development and launch of an innovative Functional Psychiatry Program from concept to implementation. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with experience in healthcare operations, program development, and cross-functional project leadership who is passionate about improving access to quality mental health care.

What You Will Do:

What You Will Do:
- Lead the development and launch of an innovative Functional Psychiatry Program from concept to successful implementation
- Create strategic business plans, operational workflows, and scalable systems that support high-quality patient care
- Drive project execution by managing timelines, milestones, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration
- Partner with clinical, operational, and leadership teams to ensure a seamless program launch and patient experience
- Conduct market research and help shape service offerings, pricing, and growth strategies
- Monitor program performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, patient engagement, and long-term growth
- Serve as the key project leader, ensuring accountability, communication, and successful delivery of project objectives
- Experience in healthcare project management, business development, healthcare operations, or program implementation
- Proven success launching new healthcare services, programs, or clinical initiatives from concept to execution
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Experience collaborating with clinical and administrative teams in a healthcare environment
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities
- Proficiency with project management platforms and business productivity tools
- Experience in outpatient mental health, behavioral health, or psychiatry settings is highly preferred
