We are currently seeking a Part-time Clinical Social Workers to join our community of care—a space that values clinical excellence, peer support, and equity in mental health access.

What You’ll Do

• Provide in-person and telehealth psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and/or families
• Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team with open consultation and support
• Maintain timely and clinically sound documentation
• Participate in peer case consultations and team-based learning
• Support a culture of clinical excellence, mutual respect, and belonging
  
  

What You’ll Need:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, counseling, or a related field
• Active CA BBS license (LCSW)
• Strong commitment to building therapeutic relationships and achieving meaningful outcomes for clients
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• A desire to grow within a private clinic organization

Rates:

LCSW: $70 per clinical hour; part-time not more than 20 hours a week with the opportunity to grow to full-time

Work Set-up:

Hybrid - one to two days a week to provide in- person therapy.
