About the Position
We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Production Team Member to primarily operate our heat press department while assisting other departments as needed.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys staying busy, takes pride in producing quality work, and likes working as part of a team. While heat pressing will be your primary responsibility, you'll also assist with other production tasks as workloads shift throughout the day.
No experience is required—we're happy to train the right person. What matters most is your work ethic, willingness to learn, and commitment to doing things right.
What You'll Do
- Heat press transfers onto apparel with accuracy and consistency
- Inspect garments before and after decoration to ensure quality
- Trim and prepare heat transfers
- Receive and organize inventory
- Help maintain a clean, organized production environment
- Assist other departments wherever needed to keep production moving
