As a server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, taking orders, and ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience by delivering excellent service, maintaining a clean and organized dining area, and working collaboratively with the team. We are looking for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong communication skills, and are committed to providing high-quality service.

Responsibilities.

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them to tables.
• Provide menu recommendations, answer questions, and make suggestions.
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns promptly.
• Process payments and make correct change when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including clearing tables, refilling water glasses, and resetting for the next guest.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure food orders are accurate and timely.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
• Work as part of a team to create a positive dining environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or a similar customer-facing role preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
• Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Touch Bistro POS, is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
• A passion for hospitality and helping others enjoy their experience.
• Must be detail-oriented and have a positive attitude.
• Ability to lift trays or small equipment and stand for long periods.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Required certifications, TABC licence and food handlers certificate.
