New Tech Mechanical Systems Inc. is hiring experienced HVAC Service Mechanics for year-round work throughout the five boroughs of New York City and Long Island.

Position: Commercial HVAC Service Mechanic
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: NYC Five Boroughs & Long Island
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC equipment
- Service rooftop units, split systems, boilers, chillers, air handlers, pumps, VAV systems, cooling towers, and controls
- Perform preventive maintenance and emergency service work
- Able to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and mechanical drawings
- Start up and commission HVAC systems
- Complete digital service reports and communicate professionally with customers and management
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years commercial HVAC experience
- Must have experience working throughout the five boroughs of NYC
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Experience with BMS/controls systems is a plus
- Ability to be on call in a rotation as well as overtime
