Marketing Manager
Location: Sioux Center, IA
Job Type: Full-time; Monday - Friday
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
Job Summary
New Tec and RA Rentals are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Manager to lead and coordinate marketing efforts across multiple locations and brands. This position is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing digital and social media content, promoting equipment and services, and supporting company events and initiatives.
The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and able to balance strategic planning with hands-on marketing. This role works with different departments and locations to plan and coordinate marketing efforts that help promote our products, services, and company.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate marketing plans and campaigns that support equipment sales, rentals, service, and overall company goals.
- Create, schedule, and manage social media and digital content promoting products, services, events, employees, customer projects, and company culture.
- Work closely with sales, service, and leadership to identify marketing needs and develop content and promotions to support those areas.
- Manage website content, email marketing, digital platforms, and other marketing channels to keep information current and effective.
- Coordinate photography and video content for equipment, employees, customer projects, events, and other company activities. Assist with editing and production as needed.
- Coordinate advertising, promotional materials, events, and outside vendors while keeping projects on schedule and within budget.
- Track marketing efforts and results, maintain marketing materials and resources, and provide direction and support to other members of the marketing team.
Qualifications
· 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
· Experience managing social media, digital marketing, and other marketing platforms.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
· Creative and able to develop new ideas, content, and marketing campaigns while working with a variety of teams and locations.
· Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, photography, and video editing, with the ability to learn new software and technology.
