Looking for a Delivery Driver or Route Driver job that keeps you moving, thinking, and making a real difference every day? New System is looking for a full-time Route Relief Driver (Non-CDL) Customer Service Rep who thrives on variety, enjoys being out in the field, and takes pride in delivering top-notch service. This isn’t your typical driving job, you’re the face of our company, the problem-solver, and the reason our customers stay happy and fully stocked.

What You’ll Do
- Jump in and cover routes where you’re needed most (PTO, callouts, growth)
- Deliver and pick up linens and supplies with accuracy and efficiency
- Keep customers stocked, organized, and stress-free
- Use mobile tools to track deliveries, updates, and service details
- Solve problems on the spot and escalate when needed
- Spot opportunities to improve service with helpful add-ons (mats, soap, aprons, etc.)
- Handle payments and maintain clean, accurate records
- Drive safely and complete vehicle inspections-safety always comes first

What You’ll Need
- Valid driver’s license
- Comfortable driving a box truck (we’ll train you)
- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs. repeatedly
- Comfortable using mobile apps daily
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
