What are the responsibilities and job description for the ABA Behavior Technician (RBT) position at New Summit Behavioral Therapy?
Commitment to Growth & Client Care:
At New Summit, we believe that consistency is key to meaningful progress—for both our clients and our team. This role is best suited for individuals who are seeking a longer-term position where they can grow their skills, build lasting relationships with clients, and be part of a collaborative team. Because of the investment in training and the importance of continuity in care, this position is not a fit for those seeking short-term or transitional employment.
Applicants with no ABA experience on their resume need to supply a cover letter indicating why they want to start working in this field.
Starting pay for those with an RBT credential and state RBAI license is $21 or higher.
