About Our Salon:
We are a busy and growing nail and beauty salon looking for a professional, customer-friendly individual to join our team as a Front Desk / Assistant Salon Manager. This position is ideal for someone who has experience in the beauty industry and enjoys working with both clients and staff in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in/out clients with a warm, professional attitude
- Answer phone calls, manage appointments, and handle walk-ins
- Recommend services and upsell retail products
- Manage the salon schedule to ensure efficiency and minimize downtime
- Assist with inventory tracking and ordering supplies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front area
- Support daily operations and customer experience
✅ Requirements:
- Experience in the beauty or nail salon industry (receptionist, coordinator, or assistant manager role preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills and comfort using salon booking software
- Friendly, reliable, and organized
- Bilingual (English Vietnamese or Spanish) preferred, but not required
- Able to handle busy salon environment and multitask effectively
