Your Role as a Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF)
- Provide speech-language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed, ASHA-certified SLP.
- Assist in conducting evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans aligned with student needs.
- Implement evidence-based therapy in individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings with support from your supervisor.
- Use positive behavior strategies to create an engaging, student-centered environment.
- Participate in mentorship, supervision, and professional development throughout your fellowship.
Required Qualifications:
- A master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited academic program
- Eligible for Clinical Fellowship and state licensure (if applicable)
- Commitment to collaborative, student-centered service delivery
- Passion for working with children in educational or therapeutic settings
