Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Media Sales and Sales, with a focus on advertising or broadcast media.
- Experience in Account Management, including maintaining long-term client relationships and managing campaigns.
- Ability to perform Lead Generation activities and prospecting to build and grow a client base.
- Strong Negotiation abilities to structure and close advertising agreements that meet client and company goals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment, with reliable transportation for client meetings in the Jackson, MS area.
- Basic proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office or similar productivity software, and digital media platforms.
- Prior experience in media, advertising, or marketing sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is beneficial.
