Role Description

The Maintenance Supervisor – 2nd Shift is a full-time, on-site role based in Lincoln, AL. This role involves overseeing and coordinating maintenance activities, ensuring operational efficiency, and managing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. The supervisor will lead a team, troubleshoot equipment issues, and ensure that machinery and equipment are functioning optimally. The position requires attention to safety protocols and collaboration with other departments to achieve operational goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Supervisory Skills, including team leadership and providing direction effectively
• Strong expertise in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance practices
• Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair tasks, including ensuring the reliability of equipment and systems
• Demonstrated ability to perform Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve mechanical and technical issues
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or relevant vocational training preferred
• Ability to interact professionally with customers, associates, and leadership.
• Proven ability to lead projects and present information to management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness and ability to work any shift, including holidays, weekends, and overtime as required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
