Role Description:
The Human Resource Coordinator is a full-time, on-site position based in the Lincoln, Alabama. This role supports daily HR operations, including coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining employee records, and assisting with benefits administration, implement HR policies, support scheduling and administration of training, and handle routine employee inquiries. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting employee relations activities, preparing HR reports, ensuring compliance with company procedures, and collaborating with managers to help maintain a safe, high-morale work environment. The role also involves assisting with recruitment logistics, organizing HR documentation, and supporting HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

- HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
- Experience in Benefits Administration and Employee Relations
- Knowledge and application of HR Policies
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
