Hiring for multiple locations, including Knoxville and Blaine, Tennessee.
Looking for full and part time employees.
Purpose
To offer exceptional member service by conducting financial transactions and providing account information by phone or in person. Assist members by offering information on the full range of credit union products and services. Open accounts, resolve issues, and professionally handle the member’s daily financial service needs.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Cash handling proficiency required.
- Greet and welcome members and visitors to the credit union in a courteous, professional, and timely manner. Provide prompt, efficient, and accurate service in the processing of transactions.
- Receive cash and checks from members for deposits, withdrawals, transfers of loan payments, check requests, CD transactions, line of credit advances, and any other requests received.
- Promote, explain, and cross-service other credit union products and services that are handled by MSRs such as CDs, IRAs, debit and credit cards, online and digital banking, safe deposit boxes, and consumer loans.
- Respond to members’ requests by providing professional, prompt, efficient, and accurate service and information.
- Open new accounts, and service existing accounts. Set up new account files, and provide members with all necessary information for membership.
- May be requested to fill in at other branches.
- All other duties as assigned.
