We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our team specializing in pain management who have been licensed 3 years with a Connecticut APRN license. We provide care to patients who struggle with managing their chronic pain in an outpatient setting. Duties include examining patients, reviewing medical histories, and consulting with other care providers. EHR experience required. Must have all licensing to practice as a nurse practitioner in Connecticut and meet qualifications to prescribe pain managment medications. Hours are Mon-Thur 8am-6pm (4 day work week).

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
