We currently have positions open in Anderson, IN, Greenwood, IN, and Indianapolis, IN.
Responsibilities:
- Implement individual treatment plans for consumers
- Assist with daily living activities, including but not limited to preparing meals and assisting with personal hygiene
- Develop a rapport with consumers and cultivate a safe and supportive environment
- Complete case notes and other documentation daily
Qualifications and Skills Needed:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Indiana Driver’s License
- Ability to pass a background check (No felony convictions)
- Clean driving record: (driver's license is a requirement)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate about the care and well-being of others
- You cannot come to work high or smelling like marijuana
