PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR – Nursing Education
Seeking a highly qualified Program Administrator to lead our Practical Nursing and LPN-to-RN programs. This position ensures full compliance with Ohio Board of Nursing (OAC 4723-5) and OSBCCS regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all academic operations for PN & LPN-to-RN programs
- Maintain compliance with OBN & OSBCCS rules
- Supervise and evaluate nursing faculty and instructional staff
- Oversee curriculum, course schedules, and clinical partnerships
- Support student progression, retention, and graduation outcomes
- Maintain required faculty, student, and program documentation
Minimum Qualifications (OBN Required)
✔ Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN)
✔ Active, unencumbered Ohio RN license
✔ 5 years nursing practice experience
✔ 2 years nursing teaching experience
✔ Teaching AND administrative experience
Preferred Skills
- Strong leadership and communication
- Experience directing nursing programs
- Knowledge of Ohio nursing education standards
