Position Details:

Key Responsibilities
- Secure contract from Program Director
- Ensure clients are eligible for services being provided
- Maintain billing spreadsheet o Enter monthly invoices, print and mail or email
- Enter monthly online invoices for clients with billing portal
- Create monthly revenue or BI in MIP
- Submit monthly BI with supporting document for review and approval
- Upon approval, post session.
- Scan and save daily batch in Accounting docs/ Accounting Files
- Reconcile client account and AR aging, prepare correcting entries when necessary
- Respond to billing questions from program or client
- Maintain and organize program and client files in Accounting docs folder
- Get daily deposit logs
- Maintain P & I account Balance Sheet schedule
- Enter monthly P & I checks issued to clients into MIP
- Reconcile monthly P & I account per client
- Ensure Regional Center or Executor are updated with monthly P & I
- Prepare monthly P & I account in excel per client
- Submit P & I per client to DD Program Director every 8th of the following month.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree or at least 2 years of office experience; working knowledge of accounting system; above average MS excel and time management skills.

This salary range represents the low and high end of the salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of The Help Group. Salaries will vary based on various factors, including but not limited to, professional and academic experience, certification, training, responsibilities of the position, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
