Certified Sterile Processing Technician (FT) – New Salem Surgery Center
Schedule: Monday–Friday | No weekends, no holidays, no call!
New Salem Surgery Center, a premier multispecialty surgery center in Murfreesboro, is seeking a Certified Sterile Processing Technician (CSPT) to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Decontaminate, inspect, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment
- Maintain and track sterile supplies to support a variety of surgical specialties
- Adhere to strict infection control and sterilization protocols
- Work closely with surgical staff to ensure efficiency and patient safety
Requirements:
Certified Sterile Processing Technician (CSPDT or CRCST) – Required
Minimum of 2 years of sterile processing experience, preferably in a surgical setting
Longevity in past roles – We value stability and commitment!
Strong knowledge of sterilization techniques, infection control, and equipment maintenance
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
