Role Description
This part-time, on-site role for a Personnel Administrator is based in Moscow, Idaho. The Personnel Administrator will manage various human resources functions, including administering employee benefits, maintaining HR management systems, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing HR processes, managing employee records, coordinating staff policies, and contributing to the overall organizational efficiency and effectiveness within a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Experience in Benefits Administration and familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS)
- Understanding of Labor and Employment Law
- Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
