We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional to provide essential support and care for adults with disabilities. Duties
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
- Facilitate social interactions and community engagement opportunities to enhance social skills and independence.
- Monitor clients' physical and emotional well-being, reporting any changes to appropriate personnel.
Experience
- Previous experience in direct support or patient care is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members are essential.
