Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with fueling their vehicles efficiently
- Operate cash registers and handle retail sales transactions accurately using POS systems
- Stock shelves, coolers, and merchandise displays to maintain an organized store environment
- Conduct product demos and upsell items to enhance customer experience and increase sales
- Maintain cleanliness of the station, including fueling areas, convenience store, and restrooms
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stocking supplies, and report shortages promptly
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about products, store policies, and promotions
- Handle cash drawer operations with precision, ensuring proper cash handling and reconciliation
- Promote safety protocols during fueling operations and adhere to all safety guidelines
