Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Sales Associate to join our team! As a Sales Associate, you will assist customers with their Roofing needs and ensure an excellent experience. Responsibilities may include working with customers, canvassing. Communicating with residential homeowners and local business to help generate more roofing projects. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service and some construction, roofing knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Greet each customer with a smile and provide marketing material.
- Follow all safety procedures.
- Canvassing, communicating with potential customer.
- Fallowing a marketing strategy.
- Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives as set forth by the company.
- Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their roofing project.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively
- Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service
- Willingness to work alone and well in a team environment
- Ability to quickly and accurately communicate with clientele.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
