Position Overview
We are looking for motivated Outside Sales Representatives to join our team. This position involves meeting with homeowners, performing roof inspections, identifying storm damage, and helping customers move forward with repairs or replacements.
This is a door-to-door / field sales position.
Responsibilities
- Door-to-door canvassing in storm-affected neighborhoods
- Meet homeowners and perform roof inspections
- Identify storm damage (hail / wind)
- Educate customers on roofing and insurance restoration
- Generate leads and close sales
- Maintain customer relationships
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to climb ladders and access roofs
- Sales experience preferred (roofing experience is a plus)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Pay & Benefits
