Job Description
The Clinical Program Supervisor – REACH Team Lead works with REACH management team to provide for overall management, supervision and program development of a REACH community based team. Ensures the REACH Team meets productivity, budget, accreditation, and licensure requirements. Develops and maintains working relationships with individuals served, family members and/or care givers, other NRVCS programs, and other agencies working with REACH services. Provides direct services to individuals served.
Education/Experience Required:

- $5000 Sign on Bonus***
Education/Experience Required:
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with at least a bachelor’s degree in a Virginia DMAS approved human services field, current enrollment in a clinical licensure track master’s program, and at least 5 years of experience working directly with individuals with DD/MH diagnoses is required.
- Supervisory experience is preferred.
- State of Virginia clinical behavioral health related professional licensure preferred. Ability to register as License eligible is required.
