New River Electrical is searching for an experienced, professional, organized, detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team who will provide high-level administrative support to the Board of Directors, members of the Executive Committee, and Board Committee Chairpersons. This position will report to the Executive Vice President of Enterprise Shared Services & Corporate Secretary in Granville, Ohio.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Draft, prepare, review, revise, format and finalize documents, information and materials including, but not limited to, presentations, general correspondence, memos, and reports, relating to corporate initiatives, matters, and affairs.
- Initiate and respond to calls and written communications made to or from the Executive Committee members, as requested, in a prompt and professional manner and according to established procedures.
- Schedule, maintain, and coordinate calendars for the Board, Board Committees, Executive Committee members, and Company task forces .
- Assist with researching, analyzing and executing initiatives of the Board, Board Committees, Executive Committee members, and Company task forces.
- Maintain calendar of action items and initiatives of the Board, Board Committees, Executive Committee members, and Company task forces.
- Plan, document, calendar, organize and manage events and meetings at the request of the Board, Executive Committee members, Board Committee Chairpersons and/or Company task force leaders including creating the meeting agenda and assembling, publishing and/or distributing the meeting presentation materials.
- Take minutes of the meetings of the Board, Board Committees and/or Company task forces, as requested, and follow-up with assigned action items and due dates from such meetings; assist in establishing action item and/or initiative timelines, action steps, and status updates; and follow-up as appropriate to ensure timely execution to meet established deadlines.
- Secure travel arrangements and prepare expense reports for members of the Board and Executive Committee.
- Manage, and keep confidential, sensitive information of the Company, the Board, and all Board Committees.
- May recruit, interview, hire, and train junior administrative staff in the Company.
