Salary: $48,000 - $52,000Job SummaryThe Platform Manager will serve as the platform subject matter expert and operational lead for the college's implementation, daily management, optimization, and support of the Element451 platform. This role will ensure that the platform is configured, maintained, and leveraged to its fullest capability - including admissions/recruitment workflows, marketing automation, student success engagement, data/insights, content management, troubleshooting, and internal user support. The manager will act as the point-person for platform health, performance, adoption, and continuous improvement.Nature of WorkSpecific areas of accountabilityPlatform Operations and TroubleshootingServe as the primary point of contact for all daily operations of the Element451 platform: monitor system health, data integrity, and integration with other systems.Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues in a timely and user-friendly manner.Monitor dashboards, alerts, logs and reports for abnormal patterns or performance bottlenecks; escalate to vendor or internal IT as required.Coordinate with IT/technical teams (internal or vendor) for upgrades, patches, configuration changes, new module rollouts, and data migrationsConfiguration, Content Creation and ManagementConfigure and maintain modules/functionalities in Element 451: application builder, landing pages, microsites, events, forms, surveys, workflows, automated communications (email/SMS), segmentation, and CRM data model.Create, edit, publish and manage content within the platform.Develop and manage automated workflows and segmentation logic within Element451.Oversee the quality and consistency of platform-presented content: ensure branding, messaging, accessibility, student-friendly language, and adherence wot institutional policies.Campaigns and CommunicationsFacilitate and coordinate communications between recruitment, admissions, marketing, and student success teams to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns using Element451's marketing automation tools.Partner with the Communication Department to develop an inventory of targeted messages for various scenarios; track and report on campaign effectiveness (engagement rates, conversion, funnel metrics) and recommend refinements to improve performance.Data, Insights and ReportingMaintain and monitor the central data hub within Element451 - ensuring data from multiple channels is captured, unified and accessible.Product dashboards and reports showing platform usage, application funnel, marketing engagement, student retention indicators, system health, and user adoption metrics.Partner with the Director of Institutional Effectiveness to interpret data, identify trends, anomalies and issues of significance to provide data driven actional insights.Lead platform-based initiatives for predictive modelling to support retention or yield goals.Internal User Support & TrainingServe as the primary platform liaison for internal stakeholders and provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for platform users.Assess user needs, develop and deliver training materials, user guides, knowledge-based articles, and workshops for staff adoption of Element451 features.Promote best practices for use of the platform and monitor user adherence.Act as change-agent: identify opportunities for improved efficiency, advocate for platform updates or new modules, and coordinate vendor/partner relationships.Governance, Compliance & SecurityEnsure that platform configuration and usage align with institutional policies, FERPA and data privacy regulations; work closely with IT/security to ensure role-based permissions, SSO/MFA, audit logging and data retention protocols are correctly implemented.Maintain documentation of workflows, version control of configurations, change management logs and platform usage guidelines.Work in collaboration with the IT team to ensure alignment and compliance with the college's overarching technology strategy.Continuous Improvement & Strategic EnhancementMaintain deep knowledge of Element451's roadmap and new capabilities and identify opportunities for the institution to adopt or pilot advanced features.Conduct periodic reviews of platform adoptions, ROI, and recommend improvements or next phases.Collaborate with senior leadership to define strategy for how the platform supports institutional goals (enrollment growth, student retention, marketing efficiency) and ensure platform alignment.Distinguishing CharacteristicsProfessional DevelopmentCompliance training is to be completed routinely and timelyParticipate in additional professional development opportunities through Element451 and other professional organization affiliations.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
