Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily taproom operations ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, train, and motivate taproom staff to maintain high standards of customer service.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control for the taproom.
- Coordinate with brewing and kitchen teams to ensure product availability and quality.
- Handle scheduling for the FOH taproom staff.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and employees.
- Utilize software tools to create marketing materials and manage documentation.
- Proven experience as a Taproom Manager or similar role in a high volume restaurant and brewery setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Familiarity with Canva for creating marketing and promotional materials.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel for administrative and reporting tasks.
- Bartending and/or serving experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
