Responsibilities
Assist with food preparation tasks, meal running, meal assembly, and portioning to meet quality standards.
Support the front-of-house team by bussing tables, clearing dishes, and maintaining a clean dining area.
Help with catering setups and banquet service to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages during events.
Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation by following proper handling procedures and cleaning protocols.
Provide excellent guest service by greeting customers warmly, answering questions about menu items, and managing phone inquiries with professional etiquette.
Assist delivery drivers with order pickups or deliveries as needed to support efficient service flow.
Support team members with food handling, knife skills, meat cutting, and other culinary tasks to ensure quality presentation.
Contribute to a positive team environment by communicating effectively and supporting colleagues during busy periods.
