Role Description
This is a full-time and on-site role in Sidney, OH, for Inside Sales & Customer Service. This opportunity exists due to the planned retirement of an existing team member. The selected candidate will handle customer inquiries, maintain and grow client relationships, and provide top-notch customer service. Daily responsibilities include managing inside sales activities, proactively generating leads, addressing customer needs, ensuring satisfaction, and communicating effectively with both internal teams and customers. The position demands a focus on client-centric processes and collaboration with the sales and production teams for seamless service.
Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree is preferred, or 4 years minimum B to B customer service experience.
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation processes, with the ability to identify potential clients and actively pursue opportunities.
- Strong focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, including addressing client needs promptly and professionally.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with team members and clients in a clear, responsive, and courteous manner.
- Previous experience in sales or customer support, with a proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets.
- Familiarity with industrial or manufacturing environments is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is highly desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and handle on-site responsibilities effectively.
