JOB SUMMARY:
Provide technology support to end-users and serve as a technology resource in a customer-oriented environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set up and Install Equipment
- Customer Service and Support Maintenance and System Support
WORK REQUIREMENTS AND CHARACTERISTICS:
Education/Certification Requirement:
- 2 years of post-secondary education in a computer-related field or equivalent experience
- Computer certification preferred Valid Minnesota driver’s license
Experience:
- 1 to 2 years of related experience preferred
