About New Power Studios:
New Power Studios is a production company with 40 feature film credits that has pivoted into YouTube as a business. We build, launch, and grow YouTube channels for businesses, creators, and professionals. Full production. Full strategy. Full monetization. Our clients show up with expertise, and we turn it into a revenue-generating media property.
The Role
You are the person who fills the client pipeline. You will prospect, pitch, and close businesses and professionals on New Power Studios storytelling services. This is consultative B2B sales at the $20K to $48K initial engagement level, with monthly retainers ranging from $6,667 to $12,000, plus commission.
You are selling a premium production partnership, not a SaaS subscription. The buyer is a business owner, a physician, a creator, or a professional who knows they should be on YouTube and needs a studio-grade team to execute it at a level that actually works.
· You own the full sales cycle: Outreach, qualification, pitch, negotiation, and close.
· You focus on revenue: Post-close, you maintain the high-level client relationship while our operations team handles email communication, project coordination, and upload schedules.
· You are not managing production, editing videos, or writing scripts. You are closing deals.
We offer three service tiers. You have the authority to negotiate within these structures
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, client acquisition, or partnership outreach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially in high-touch client environments
- Comfortable prospecting, pitching, and closing premium service deals independently
- Existing network in entertainment, creator economy, business, healthcare, legal, or professional service industries is a plus
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work remotely
- Ability to identify high-value clients and position storytelling/content services strategically
- Organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously
- Familiarity with digital media, branded content, YouTube, podcasts, or production workflows preferred
- Commission-driven mentality with a desire to grow long-term recurring revenue accounts
- Passion for storytelling, media, and helping brands or professionals elevate their online presence
- Prior experience selling creative services, marketing services, media production, PR, or consulting is preferred but not required
