Duties

- Maintain an organized and clean front end area, including retocking inventory as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions and resolving issues promptly.
- Making and serving soft serve ice cream and milkshakes.
- Running orders from the kitchen to customers in the dining area, or front patio.
- Perform basic math calculations for cash handling and change giving.
- Assist in training new employees on front end procedures and customer service standards.
- Promote store loyalty programs and special promotions to enhance customer engagement.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or food service environments is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
- Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is a plus.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
