Requirements
What You Will Do
- Stock shelves, rotate product, and maintain accurate pricing throughout Center Store areas
- Maintain clean, organized, and shopper ready aisles, displays, and backroom spaces
- Assist customers with product questions, item location support, and friendly service
- Operate point of sale systems, cashier, bag, and support carry out assistance when needed
- Support merchandising, promotional displays, and seasonal transitions
- Follow food safety, inventory handling, and operational standards consistently
- Work collaboratively with team members across departments to support overall store operations
- Shelves, displays, and customer facing areas remain clean, organized, and well stocked
- Customers experience friendly, helpful, and efficient service throughout the store
- Tasks are completed accurately and consistently with strong attention to detail
- Operational and safety standards are followed consistently
- Team members contribute positively to store culture and daily workflow
- Product knowledge, efficiency, and operational confidence continue to grow over time
- Previous grocery, retail, food service, or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong customer service mindset and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast paced and team oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Interest in natural and organic grocery products preferred
