Responsibilities:
- Build and manage the care team schedule
- Coordinate coverage for call-offs and open shifts
- Record absences and time-off requests
- Communicate schedule updates clearly and positively
- Support teammates and nursing leadership
- Continue providing direct resident care and/or medication passes
- Gain valuable leadership and coordination experience
Qualifications:
- No experience necessary-- training will be provided
- High school diploma or work equivalency required
- Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently
- Ability to read, write, speak & understand the English language
- Personal Care Assistant (PCA) experience preferred
- Med Passer and/or Lead experience preferred
- Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) or State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) preferred
