Services are delivered in-home, in the community, and in schools, camps, and the workplace - meeting clients where they are to build meaningful skills that support independence and quality of life.

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-home ABA services throughout the Greater Richmond area. This position offers a high degree of flexibility, allowing you to build a caseload that fits your schedule and professional goals.

• Supervise and support RBTs and other team members
• Provide direct and indirect ABA services
• Supervise Behavior Technicians

• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Active BCBA certification (required)
• 2 years experience working with individuals with autism or related needs preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Salary : $85 - $120
