Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (Part-Time):Description:What to expect:We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians to join our team. As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for clients.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide 1:1 therapy to clients in-home and community based settingsImplement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.Assist in the development of behavior intervention strategies.Participate in team meetings and training sessions.Maintain a positive and supportive relationship with clients and their families.Adhere to ethical guidelines and standards of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).Qualifications:What you will bring:High school diploma or equivalent (required);Current RBT certification through the BACB(preferred)Reliable transportationPrevious experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities (preferred).Flexibility, empathy, patience, and a solution-oriented, client-centered approachExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgroundsStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, timeliness, and effective time management skills
