Position Overview:
We are seeking a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about client care, values collaboration, and brings strong clinical skills to support individuals across a variety of presenting concerns.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, family, and/or group counseling services
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Utilize evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, EMDR, play therapy, etc.) appropriate to client needs
- Collaborate with colleagues, interns, and community partners to ensure holistic client care
- Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and case consultations
- Uphold professional and ethical standards of counseling practice
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or related field
- Active Kentucky LPCC license (or LPCA working toward LPCC will be considered)
- Strong clinical skills with children, adolescents, and adults
- Experience with trauma-informed care and/or EMDR training (preferred)
- Commitment to compassionate, client-centered counseling
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
