As aClient Support Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them explore wireless products and services that meet their needs. This is a hands-on, people-first role that requires strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with others.
You’ll:
- Speak with customers directly and guide them through product options
- Provide real-time support and help troubleshoot basic service questions
- Present new promotions and service packages
- Represent our client’s brand with professionalism and care
