Duties
- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival, offering assistance with luggage and directions as needed
- Safely operate various types of vehicles, including manual transmission cars, within
parking areas - Park and retrieve guest vehicles promptly while maintaining high safety standards
- Assist guests with their luggage, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out experiences
- Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and parking procedures
- Handle cash transactions for valet services with precision, including cash handling and retail math calculations
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members to coordinate vehicle movements and address requests promptly
Skills
- Excellent guest service and customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with diverse guests and team members
- Experience driving manual transmission vehicles and familiarity with
parking regulations - Previous hospitality or dealership experience is a plus, demonstrating knowledge of vehicle handling and customer interactions
- Ability to perform cashiering duties accurately, including cash handling and retail math calculations
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse guest base effectively
- Reliable transportation or delivery driver experience can be advantageous for timely vehicle movements
