Responsibilities:
– Clear, clean, and set up banquet areas before, during, and after events to ensure a seamless experience for guests.
– Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and efficient manner.
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet spaces, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
– Assist with event setup and breakdown, ensuring all details meet quality standards.
– Approach all guest and employee interactions with friendliness and a service-oriented attitude.
– Follow safety and sanitation standards to uphold hygiene and cleanliness.
– Handle basic guest inquiries and issues, escalating more complex concerns to supervisory staff.
Requirements
– High School diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel or related hospitality field preferred.
– Ability to get Alcohol Awareness Certification (must comply with State regulations).
– Ability to perform work under direct supervision and handle basic issues independently.
– Strong Organizational Skills And Clerical Abilities.
– Excellent oral communication skills and a customer/client-oriented mindset.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
