Position Overview:
The Qualified Professional (QP) will play a vital role in providing clinical oversight, coordination, and support to clients and Peer Support Specialists. You will ensure that services meet quality and compliance standards, while helping clients develop the skills and stability needed to reach their treatment goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and monitor service delivery to ensure compliance with state and agency standards
- Provide clinical supervision and support to paraprofessionals (PPs) and direct service staff
- Conduct assessments, develop Person-Centered Plans (PCPs), and monitor client progress
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with Medicaid and MCO requirements
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and community collaboration activities
- Promote recovery-oriented and trauma-informed care practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a Human Services field (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related discipline)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals receiving mental health, developmental disability, or substance use services
- Knowledge of Medicaid standards, MCO expectations, and clinical documentation
- Strong organizational and communication skills
