What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director/Assistant Director position at New Mount Olive Christian Academy?
Must possess administrative, personnel management and supervision skills
Must be MAT, First Aid, CPR certified
Must have at least five years programmatic experience in the group care of children as a Lead Teacher or Director
Must have a Bachelor or Associate Degree in Early Childhood or in a child related field from an accredited college or university.
Must have Virginia Preservice Training for Early Childhood certification
Must have a Child Abuse/Child neglect certificate
Implement those aspects of the State Standards for Religious exempt center
Must be an active member in an established Christian church that adheres to the principles of Christianity (Articles of Faith)
Must be able to maintain a developmentally appropriate classroom that follows standards according to Early Childhood Environment Rating Scale
