Shift Lead/Cashier

A day in the life:

• Provide excellent customer service to all store patrons; greet customers in a welcoming and polite manner.
• Direct customer service staff to ensure responsive and efficient customer checkout, keeping lines to a minimum at all times.
• Perform opening/closing procedures according to established policies.
• Communicate regularly with Department Managers on customer feedback and opportunities.
• Accurately perform all register functions, process transactions, and follow security procedures.
• Open to working flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience in natural/organic foods, grocery or retail preferred

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
